My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but the noise from the staff accommodation at lunch and in the evenings was a bit bothersome. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but having to drive everywhere could be a downside. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Sina and Bruno, who went out of their way to assist us. Dining was satisfactory, but the slow service and limited breakfast options left something to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable with clean and nice rooms, a good shuttle service to Carvoeiro, but it was a bit disappointing that the last pick-up was early in the evening when the town comes alive. The hotel lacked entertainment except for singing during meals.

The service was excellent, with Paula and Christina being extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was quiet and beautiful, with a nice swimming pool and a lovely breakfast. The dining experience was good, but a bit expensive. Overall, a great place for a beach holiday.
The hotel had rooms that were perfect when the weather turned cloudy and were clean & nice, although they took up a bit of space and blew out hot air the whole time, which was a bit annoying when we were sitting on the balcony in the heat. The service was very professional and welcoming, with staff going above and beyond to assist, particularly Ana Felix and the main barman. The location was relaxing and peaceful, ideal for older couples seeking a quiet retreat. The dining experience was plentiful but lacked taste in some dishes. The facilities were well-maintained.
